Building on my dreams
I really enjoy playing the guitar and singing along with it. It helps me block out all distractions and makes me calm.
Singing is a way I express myself and, even though it sounds cliche, it is very true. Writing is another thing that helps my mental health a lot. Writing songs or even poems and playing melodies is a path that takes me to another dimension.
Whenever I am sad or angry or feel any emotion, I do music.
